About the Role

RoadLamp Limited is a leading Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) company operating in the oil and gas sector for over seven years. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Finance Graduate Trainee to join our dynamic finance department in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The successful candidate will undergo structured on-the-job training, gaining practical experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the finance team in preparing budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and periodic financial reports.
  • Support daily cash flow management by monitoring inflows, outflows, receivables, and payables.
  • Participate in account reconciliations, expense documentation, and transaction processing.
  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and internal controls.
  • Support internal and external audit processes through accurate record-keeping and documentation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of Upper Credit.
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates and recent NYSC completers are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Progress towards professional accounting certifications such as ICAN, ACA, or ACCA is an added advantage.
  • Must be a resident of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
