About the Role
Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL) has been a pioneer in producing and processing fresh milk and dairy products in Nigeria since 2003. Operating from our expansive 550-hectare facility in Vom, Plateau State, we combine state-of-the-art agricultural practices with industry-leading processing standards. We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Finance Control Executive to join our dynamic finance team on a full-time, on-site basis in Jos/Vom.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor day-to-day financial transactions and execute thorough account reviews and reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate periodic financial reports, assisting management in comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate internal and external financial audits while evaluating financial risks to safeguard company assets.
- Implement and enforce robust control measures and financial processes across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, Nigerian financial regulations, and relevant tax laws.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as ACA or ACCA are an added advantage.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance control, auditing, or accounting, ideally within the manufacturing, FMCG, or agribusiness sectors.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in internal control design, audit preparation, and compliance monitoring.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and recommend actionable improvements.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
