About the Role
Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL) is a leading producer and processor of fresh milk and dairy products in Nigeria, operating from our expansive facility in Vom, Plateau State. We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Control Executive to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting daily financial operations, ensuring transactional accuracy, and maintaining effective credit control across our sales network.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile daily cash and credit sales while supporting the real-time posting of financial transactions.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of depot floats, bank accounts, and monitor bank deposits.
- Maintain accurate customer ledgers, monitor credit limits, and track outstanding receivables.
- Follow up on overdue invoices, pending payments, and compile data for credit customer reviews.
- Prepare daily sales reconciliation reports and track key account invoices.
- Ensure proper documentation of all sales and payments for audit and regulatory compliance.
- HND or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles, preferably within FMCG or distribution.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and bank reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and high ethical standards.
- Professional certification like ICAN or ACCA (in view or actively pursued) is an added advantage.
