We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Associate who enjoys solving complex problems, ensuring impeccable financial accuracy, and supporting the seamless execution of daily financial operations within our fast-growing microfinance bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records through timely and precise bank statement and cashbook reconciliations.
  • Prepare comprehensive transaction, settlement, and financial reports across multiple payment channels.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues while actively supporting fraud monitoring and financial controls.
  • Support daily finance operations, reconciliations, and statutory regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of the bank's financial records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a finance role.
  • Prior working experience in a bank, microfinance bank, or financial institution is strictly mandatory.
  • Strong, demonstrable understanding of reconciliations, settlements, financial reporting, and financial controls.
  • High level of accuracy, professional integrity, and sharp analytical thinking.
  • A proactive individual who takes ownership, performs exceptionally under pressure, and continuously drives process improvements.
