About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Associate who enjoys solving complex problems, ensuring impeccable financial accuracy, and supporting the seamless execution of daily financial operations within our fast-growing microfinance bank.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records through timely and precise bank statement and cashbook reconciliations.
- Prepare comprehensive transaction, settlement, and financial reports across multiple payment channels.
- Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues while actively supporting fraud monitoring and financial controls.
- Support daily finance operations, reconciliations, and statutory regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of the bank's financial records.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a finance role.
- Prior working experience in a bank, microfinance bank, or financial institution is strictly mandatory.
- Strong, demonstrable understanding of reconciliations, settlements, financial reporting, and financial controls.
- High level of accuracy, professional integrity, and sharp analytical thinking.
