Key Responsibilities- Assist in financial planning, reconciliation, and analysis processes to support overall financial operations.
- Conduct basic financial analysis, including variance, trend, and shipment profitability reports.
- Prepare routine financial reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with fleet controllers and clients to reconcile daily mileage, fuel, and breakage data.
- Ensure the availability of accurate mileage data for correct client billing, payment processing, and prompt reconciliations.
- Monitor and validate data entries to maintain high standards of data integrity.
- Track and document key financial metrics and fulfill ad-hoc financial analysis tasks directed by leadership.
- Minimum of an HND or BSc in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and market trends.
- Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ICAN or equivalent are highly desirable.
