The future is open, and we are looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join our growing team in Nigeria and help us scale our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and annual budgeting processes to support strategic business decisions.
- Perform variance analysis on monthly financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track key performance indicators and measure the financial impact of various healthcare initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, executive presentations, and board decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and due diligence processes with accurate financial data and market insights.
- Streamline financial operations and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian startup ecosystem, fintech, or digital health sectors is a distinct advantage.
