About the Role
Spin 95.3 FM, a leading digital radio station based in Abia State, is seeking a meticulous and trustworthy Finance & Administration Controller to oversee our financial records, administrative processes, and commercial operations as we enter an exciting growth phase.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate daily records of income, expenditure, petty cash, and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations, and assist with the station's accounting system, including Zoho Books.
- Cross-check advertising bookings against traffic logs and broadcast schedules to ensure proper revenue capture.
- Prepare clear, timely monthly financial reports including P&L summaries, cash positions, and sales commission calculations.
- Support management with payroll, vendor management, staff records, and internal control compliance.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, finance administration, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the assertiveness to professionally challenge inconsistencies.
- Prior experience with Zoho Books, media houses, or cash reconciliation is a strong advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary of N100,000 (after successful 1-2 month probation at N80,000).
