About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and dynamic Field Support Engineer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless operation of critical telecom infrastructure, providing hands-on technical expertise, and driving service excellence across various site locations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable on-site technical support for power equipment, telecom infrastructure, and hybrid energy systems.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and prompt corrective maintenance on generators, power systems, and specialty batteries.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network and power issues efficiently to minimize site downtime.
- Execute site audits, installations, and upgrades in adherence to strict health, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to report site statuses, incident resolutions, and equipment performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols and industry best practices during all field interventions.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in field maintenance, power systems, or telecom infrastructure support.
- Strong working knowledge of generators, inverter systems, solar solutions, and battery banks.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced field environments across Nigeria.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel extensively to various site locations as required.
