About the Role
Martglobal Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-quality polytene materials with over 10 years of market experience, dedicated to delivering sustainable and innovative polyethylene-based products. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee daily plant activities, optimize supply chain workflows, and enhance overall productivity across our growing manufacturing operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure strict adherence to established service standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to guarantee contract compliance and timely delivery of services.
- Manage the procurement lifecycle by raising purchase orders, obtaining necessary approvals, and reconciling vendor invoices.
- Track inventory stock levels, manage reorder thresholds, and oversee inbound and outbound logistics shipments.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for management review.
- Support regulatory compliance activities, including proper documentation, internal audits, and statutory submissions.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, IT, Production, and commercial teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Drive the implementation of new operational systems, digital tools, and continuous process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, supply chain, or process management.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically within construction or electronics sectors.
- Solid understanding of stock management principles, procurement cycles, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional communication abilities.
