Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure accurate asset management across assigned retail locations.
- Drive customer service excellence and maintain high levels of shopper satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage field teams to achieve peak performance and operational goals.
- Execute sales strategies, manage point-of-purchase displays, and coordinate effective promotional campaigns.
- Maintain optimal shelf health, product availability, and visual merchandising standards in modern trade environments.
- Minimum of an HND qualification in a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a Modern Trade supervisory role within supermarkets, hypermarkets, or large-format retail stores.
- Must currently reside in Lagos, Ibadan, or Benin-City.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and retail dynamics.
- Exceptional customer service, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
