Homeland Integrated Offshore Services Limited is a leading indigenous multidisciplinary organization delivering comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation services to the oil and gas industry in Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our dynamic team and drive excellence in our geophysical operations. Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute geophysical survey operations in adherence to strict industry safety and quality standards.
- Analyze and interpret seismic, bathymetric, and high-resolution geophysical data to support offshore engineering and construction activities.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams, vessel crew, and external clients to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Manage geophysical equipment deployment, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting offshore.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, operational logs, and data deliverables for stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian environmental laws, maritime regulations, and company HSE policies during all offshore operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Geology, Oceanography, Marine Science, or a related physical science discipline.
- Demonstrated professional experience in geophysical operations, preferably within the Nigerian oil and gas or maritime sector.
- Strong understanding of offshore survey equipment, positioning systems, and data acquisition software.
- Possession of valid mandatory offshore certifications including BOSIET/HUET and a valid medical certificate.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in offshore environments and adapt to flexible operational schedules.
