Trithel International Company Limited (TICL), a prestigious member of the British Quality Foundation and The Nigerian Institute for Training and Development, is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative / Business Analyst to join our expanding team in Jos. As a frontline consulting and business solutions outfit, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence across quality management systems, human capital services, and environmental solutions. We are seeking a commercially minded professional who is passionate about driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening key customer relationships across Northern Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Manage assigned sales territories and delivery routes effectively.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to gain competitive advantage.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and periodic performance reports.
  • Participate actively in annual sales planning and budgeting processes.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed agreed monthly and annual key performance indicators.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales and business development experience in FMCG, industrial products, or manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with strong, safe driving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Northern Nigeria markets.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Maximum age requirement of 35 years.
