About the Role
Fabcom Structural Limited is a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, committed to providing innovative and durable roofing solutions for homes and businesses across the country. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our expanding team and drive business growth within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and market intelligence.
- Promote and sell Fabcom's comprehensive product line including Stone-Coated Roofing Tiles, Long Span Sheets, and Solar Roofing Solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, property developers, and roofing dealers.
- Conduct regular visits to construction sites, building material markets, and corporate organizations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, prepare accurate quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitor pricing, emerging trends, and upcoming construction projects.
- Submit comprehensive weekly reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and customer feedback.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven field sales or B2B business development experience.
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of the formal academic requirement.
- Prior experience in the roofing, construction, or building materials sector is a strong added advantage.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Strong negotiation, customer acquisition, and relationship management skills.
