About the Role
TeamAce Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Officer to drive the sales of mobile phones through our innovative Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) model. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence across Nigeria by connecting customers with accessible device financing solutions while consistently achieving your monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and actively engage prospective customers interested in purchasing mobile phones through our flexible BNPL payment model.
- Conduct effective field sales activities, engaging product presentations, and rigorous follow-ups to successfully convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal operational teams to ensure seamless documentation, credit processing, and timely delivery of mobile phones to clients.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive brand advocacy in the field.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, or financial services industries.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed high-volume sales targets with exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal persuasion skills tailored for engaging diverse customer segments in the field.
- Proactive, resilient, and highly comfortable with extensive on-the-ground field sales operations across designated locations.
