TeamAce Limited is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market reach by promoting and driving the sales of delivery bikes through our innovative Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) model. Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective customers interested in acquiring delivery bikes through our BNPL financing model.
- Conduct active field sales operations, compelling product presentations, and consistent follow-ups to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, offering clear guidance on the bike financing process.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal operational teams to ensure seamless documentation, credit processing, and timely delivery of bikes to customers.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the motorcycle, automobile, mobility solutions, or financial services industries.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass challenging sales targets with strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities tailored for engaging diverse customers in the field.
- Highly proactive, resilient, and comfortable with extensive field-based activities across assigned locations.
