We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Loan Sales Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our customer base, promoting our competitive loan products, and driving financial inclusion across local markets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new loan customers through effective field marketing and strategic referrals.
- Promote and sell PalmPay loan products to eligible individuals and growing businesses.
- Conduct basic credit assessments and ensure accurate documentation for all loan applications.
- Follow up proactively on loan disbursements, monitor repayments, and maintain low default rates.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with the organization's credit policies, risk procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Proven professional experience in sales, preferably within the banking, fintech, or microfinance sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly target-driven with a genuine passion for field sales and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Sound knowledge of the local Nigerian market and regional business environment.
