Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine field visits across various commercial districts in Lagos to actively promote Morning Star Logistics services.
- Pitch our comprehensive air cargo, sea cargo, import, export, and local delivery solutions to prospective clients.
- Distribute marketing collateral, including promotional flyers and updated international shipping rates.
- Target and acquire businesses requiring reliable cargo shipping services to the UK, USA, Canada, and other global destinations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with key business owners and e-commerce vendors.
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team to help shape future sales strategies.
- Proven experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Prior working experience in the logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or courier industry is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a confident approach to pitching.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and consistently achieve set performance targets.
- High level of comfort with physical mobility and willingness to travel extensively across Lagos for client acquisition.
- Basic digital literacy, including proficiency in using WhatsApp and other mobile communication tools for business.
- Must currently reside within Alimosho, Lagos State, or its immediate environs for easy commute.
