About the Role

We are currently recruiting a proactive and resilient Field Recovery Officer on behalf of our esteemed client to drive debt and asset recovery operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine and targeted field visits for effective debt and asset recovery operations.
- Perform physical investigations and thorough customer address verifications when required.
- Track, locate, and successfully recover defaulted or stolen assets within assigned routes.
- Engage professionally and persuasively with customers and third parties during recovery activities.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to consistently achieve and exceed monthly recovery targets.
- Ensure all field operations strictly comply with company policies and relevant legal standards.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline.
- Proven professional experience as a Recovery Officer, Field Agent, or in a similar capacity.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle competently and possess a valid rider's license.
- Demonstrated experience in address verification, asset tracking, and field investigations.
- Solid geographical knowledge of routes and locations within the assigned operational areas.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
