Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine field visits to execute debt recovery and asset retrieval operations efficiently.
- Perform physical investigations and accurate customer address verifications when required.
- Track, locate, and coordinate the recovery of stolen or defaulted assets within designated territories.
- Engage professionally and persuasively with customers and third parties to resolve outstanding balances.
- Maintain comprehensive records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure monthly and quarterly recovery targets are consistently met.
- Ensure that all field activities strictly comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Proven professional experience working as a Recovery Officer, Field Agent, or in a similar capacity.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle comfortably and possess a valid rider's license.
- Demonstrated expertise in address verification, route navigation, and field investigations.
- Good proficiency in basic computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer interactions.
