About the Role
UnifiedTrust Network (UTN), Nigeria's foremost security and trust infrastructure company, is seeking a dynamic Field Operation Agent to join our growing team in Lekki, Lagos or Abuja. In this exciting, field-first role, you will be the face of our innovative estate security solution, AccessGate, engaging key decision-makers and ensuring smooth deployment across residential communities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and visit target estates within your assigned territory.
- Engage gate officers, facilities managers, and estate decision-makers.
- Support the complete sales process from initial contact through to successful onboarding.
- Conduct regular field audits at estates where AccessGate is currently deployed.
- Report field activities, observations, and new business opportunities to the operations team.
- Represent UnifiedTrust Network with high levels of professionalism and integrity in the field.
- Deep familiarity with Lagos (specifically residing on the Island around Lekki and environs) or Abuja.
- Street-smart, socially intelligent, and capable of building trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and at least one local Nigerian language (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa).
- A proactive self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in field sales, community engagement, logistics, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using a smartphone for reporting, communication, and basic digital documentation.
