About the Role
New Incentives - All Babies Are Equal (NI-ABAE) is seeking dedicated and passionate Field Officers to expand our lifesaving health programs across Kano State. In this full-time role, you will work directly within public healthcare clinics to enroll eligible pregnant women and caregivers, encouraging them to complete vital infant immunization schedules through conditional cash transfers.
Key Responsibilities- Enroll eligible beneficiaries at public health clinics using strict program criteria and guidelines.
- Manage secure cash disbursements and submit accurate, detailed daily enrollment logs.
- Conduct health education sessions, caregiver coaching, and track infant vaccination schedules.
- Monitor supply chains, report vaccine shortages, and foster positive relationships with local stakeholders, Imams, and traditional leaders.
- Execute daily security checks, follow strict safety protocols, and promptly report any field incidents.
- Minimum of SSCE, Diploma, CHEW, or related academic qualification with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be an indigene of the target Local Government Area (LGA) and currently reside in the operational ward.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Hausa and relevant local dialects.
- Proficient in using smartphones, basic office software, and managing field data accurately.
