About the Role
TeamAce Limited is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Marketer to drive user and property onboarding for our cutting-edge AI-powered property platform in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence by engaging directly with property owners, realtors, and agents to help them list and manage their assets seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and onboard property owners, realtors, agents, and individuals with available properties onto the digital platform.
- Execute strategic field marketing activities to generate high-quality leads and accelerate platform adoption across designated locations in Nigeria.
- Provide hands-on guidance to new users regarding website navigation, property listing creation, and utilization of core platform features.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with onboarded users to foster active platform engagement and resolve basic usage or navigation hurdles.
- Maintain daily accountability through Microsoft Teams check-ins, clock-ins, clock-outs, and activity reporting while consistently achieving weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in field marketing, direct sales, business development, or related customer-facing roles.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to swiftly master new digital platforms, mobile apps, and website navigation.
- Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, interpersonal, and customer engagement abilities.
- Self-motivated, highly intuitive, target-driven, and comfortable operating independently in fast-paced field environments.
