About the Role
CosNg Nig Enterprises is seeking an experienced, dependable Feed Mill Supervisor for our agricultural facility in Otte, Oyo State. In this residential role, you will manage our four-tonne-per-hour feed mill, supervise production staff, ensure strict adherence to approved formulas, and maintain flawless stock accountability to support our poultry operations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare daily batching plans and supervise the assistant supervisor and mill attendants.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved feed formulas without unauthorized substitutions.
- Oversee weighing, crushing, mixing, bagging, and equipment safety checks.
- Conduct daily ingredient receiving, stock control, and comprehensive reconciliation.
- Support ingredient procurement and collaborate closely with the Quality Control Supervisor.
- Submit accurate daily reports detailing production, losses, and equipment status.
- Hands-on experience in livestock feed milling and team supervision.
- Practical knowledge of mill machinery, batch calculations, and stock reconciliation.
- High integrity, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in smartphone reporting.
- Willingness to reside on the farm in Otte, Oyo State.
- Relevant agricultural or feed technology training is an advantage.
