About the Role
Bernoulli Farms and Food Limited is dedicated to providing sustainable food solutions for a growing world population. We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Feed Materials Sales, Processing and Warehouse Supervisor to manage our daily site activities, inventory control, and team coordination in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all day-to-day operations and activities at the feed materials processing and warehouse site.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all material inputs and outputs.
- Track and manage worker bonuses and performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough and regular inventory audits of all materials within the facility.
- Provide strong, effective leadership and guidance to site workers.
- Record and reconcile all site expenses accurately.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
- Good physical stamina and strength required for site operations.
- Basic knowledge or previous experience in machine operation is an added advantage.
