Key Responsibilities- Plant, transplant, and maintain healthy crops
- Water crops and continuously monitor growth stages
- Apply fertilisers and crop protection products safely and correctly
- Identify pests and diseases early to prevent crop loss
- Harvest agricultural produce at the optimal time
- Care for livestock and maintain clean, safe animal housing
- Keep the farm environment clean, organised, and secure
- Operate farm tools and equipment responsibly
- Transport farm produce, inputs, and workers using the farm tricycle when required
- Follow all farm instructions, operational guidelines, and safety procedures
- Practical experience in crop production, livestock care, irrigation, or pest management
- Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and physically fit
- Highly responsible, disciplined, and capable of working with little or no supervision
- Willingness to reside on the farm if accommodation is provided
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to ride a tricycle (Keke) is an added advantage
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦70,000 to ₦150,000
