We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Farm Manager to oversee our agricultural operations and ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily farm operations, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to agricultural best practices.
- Implement commercial strategies to maximize crop yield, livestock management, and overall farm profitability.
- Supervise farm staff, assign daily tasks, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of farm operations, inventory, expenses, and sales.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective problem-solving solutions under pressure.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across all on-site farming activities.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven hands-on experience in agricultural farm management.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Commercially minded with a proven track record of business-oriented farm operations.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to work strictly on-site and oversee direct farm operations.
