About the Role
The Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu (FUAHSE) was established on March 14, 2024, with the mandate to improve healthcare needs and manpower output in Nigeria. Evolving from the former Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy, FUAHSE is committed to training innovative and skilled professionals across its faculties and departments. We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to join our institution as a Farm Officer I to drive our agricultural and institutional development goals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily farm operations, crop production, and livestock management activities.
- Implement modern agricultural techniques to improve yield and sustainability.
- Coordinate the maintenance of farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with academic and research departments on agricultural projects and practical training.
- Maintain accurate records of farm inventory, produce, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards on the farm.
- Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated professional experience in farm management or agricultural administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
