Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily factory and production floor activities to meet operational targets.
- Strictly follow established production procedures, guidelines, and supervisory instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and orderliness across all designated work areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily shift goals.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety rules and occupational health guidelines.
- Carry out additional operational duties as assigned by shift supervisors.
- Demonstrate high levels of punctuality, professional discipline, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Be available to work flexible shifts and overtime when business needs require.
- Previous hands-on experience in a factory, production, manufacturing, food-processing, or agricultural-processing setting is a strong advantage.
- Practical tailoring skills or mechanical aptitude will be considered significant added advantages.
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork capabilities, personal discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated willingness and physical fitness to work rotational shifts.
