About the Role
T.O.N Corporate Services is seeking dedicated Production Workshop Operators specializing in packing and sealing to join our client's manufacturing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of treated insecticide nets, ensuring that all finished goods are accurately packed, securely sealed, and prepared for storage or dispatch while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Pack inspected and folded treated insecticide nets according to required packaging specifications.
- Operate and handle relevant packing and sealing equipment safely and correctly.
- Ensure packages are properly sealed, secure, and free from defects before leaving the station.
- Verify that the correct products and quantities are packed according to daily production instructions.
- Handle finished goods carefully to prevent any damage or contamination during the process.
- Report packaging defects, equipment faults, and production issues promptly to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free packing and sealing work area.
- Follow all company production, quality assurance, and safety protocols consistently.
- Meet daily production targets while upholding high standards of packaging quality.
- Previous experience in packing, production, warehouse operations, or textile manufacturing is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong ability to spot packaging defects and inconsistencies.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow standard operating procedures accurately.
- Capacity to work efficiently while performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
