As a Factory Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our daily production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily factory and production activities to meet operational targets.
- Follow established production procedures and supervisor instructions carefully.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a diverse team to achieve daily output goals.
- Strictly adhere to all workplace safety rules, health guidelines, and company policies.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate punctuality, high discipline, and a strong willingness to learn new skills.
- Be available to work flexible shifts and weekend overtime when required.
- Previous experience in a factory, production, manufacturing, food-processing, or agricultural-processing environment is an advantage.
- Tailoring or sewing skills serve as an added advantage for specialized production lines.
- Basic mechanical skills are highly welcomed and considered an added advantage.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent teamwork, positive attitude, and high personal discipline.
- Willingness to work structured shifts, including Saturdays.
- Competitive monthly salary of N80,000.
