About the Role
AllFlavors Supreme Foods, a leading manufacturer of premium quality and affordable snacks established in 2018, is looking for a dedicated Factory Worker to join our vibrant production team. In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art machinery, handle high-quality ingredients, and ensure our production processes run smoothly while maintaining a safe, hygienic, and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Operate factory equipment and machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the mixing, processing, packaging, and quality control of snack food products.
- Maintain strict adherence to company food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet AllFlavors Supreme Foods' high standards.
- Keep the production floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote a productive work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Previous experience working in a food manufacturing, processing, or general production environment is a strong advantage.
- Physical fitness with the ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of basic food safety, personal hygiene, and industrial safety protocols.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong teamwork, punctuality, self-discipline, and high attention to detail.
- Relevant technical certificates or production-related skills will be an added advantage.
