About the Role
Proforce Limited, a global leader in defence solutions and armoured vehicle manufacturing, is seeking a proactive and technically competent Facility Supervisor to join our team in Ode Remo, Ogun State. The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our corporate facilities, with specialized expertise in managing recreational amenities such as swimming pools and fitness centers, alongside janitorial and gardening services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day janitorial, landscaping, and gardening activities to maintain pristine facility grounds.
- Oversee swimming pool operations, monitoring water quality, filtration systems, pumps, chemical levels, and hygiene compliance.
- Coordinate routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs for all gym equipment, including treadmills and weights.
- Monitor essential building utilities, including electrical, plumbing, water supply, power generation, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance requirements, and infrastructure faults.
- Liaise with external contractors, technicians, and service providers to execute prompt repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and maintain accurate logs of all servicing activities.
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant facility management experience, specifically highlighting gym and pool management.
- Strong technical knowledge of pool water treatment systems and fitness equipment safety protocols.
- Working understanding of basic building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant professional certifications in Facilities Management, HSE, or Pool Operations are a distinct advantage.
