About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Facility Plumber to join our dynamic team and ensure the flawless operation of plumbing infrastructures across our exclusive residential developments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of luxury, comfort, and functionality that our discerning homeowners expect.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot complex plumbing systems within luxury residential properties and gated estates.
- Handle water supply, drainage, sewage networks, sanitary fittings, booster pumps, overhead and underground tanks, valves, and related infrastructure.
- Diagnose and efficiently repair leakages, persistent blockages, low water pressure, faulty sanitary fittings, and intricate drainage issues.
- Carry out rigorous preventive maintenance schedules on plumbing systems across completed and occupied properties to prevent emergency failures.
- Respond promptly to urgent plumbing faults and routine maintenance requests raised by residents, facility managers, and site teams.
- Inspect plumbing installations thoroughly during various construction phases and property handover stages.
- Ensure all plumbing works strictly comply with approved engineering drawings, architectural specifications, and global industry standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all repairs, scheduled maintenance activities, materials utilized, and outstanding technical issues.
- Coordinate seamlessly with electricians, facility managers, estate technicians, and external contractors on multidisciplinary projects.
- Minimum of OND, HND, recognized technical certification, formal apprenticeship training, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing or Mechanical Services.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on professional experience in residential plumbing, luxury estate maintenance, or large-scale building services.
- Deep practical knowledge of water booster pumps, complex water storage systems, modern drainage, and high-end sanitary installations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage stress, and respond effectively to critical maintenance emergencies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail to uphold the luxury standards of our properties.
