Whispers Art Haus, a premium hospitality and lifestyle destination located in the heart of Maitama, Abuja, is expanding and seeking a passionate, professional, and service-driven Facility Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the aesthetic, safety, and operational excellence of our facility, ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class experience in a pristine environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of facility equipment, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Monitor facility cleanliness and coordinate with the housekeeping team to maintain high hygiene standards across all spaces.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards, wear-and-tear, or maintenance needs and resolve them promptly.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized repairs and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the premises.
- Handle inventory management for maintenance tools, equipment, and facility supplies.
- Support the operations team in setting up spaces for events, art exhibitions, and hospitality gatherings.
- Proven work experience as a Facility Officer, Facility Assistant, or in a similar maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and high level of professionalism.
- Ability to thrive and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
