About the Role

Smart Partners is a premier business support and HR consulting firm dedicated to driving operational excellence for leading organizations. We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Officer to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise facility officers and technicians to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Plan and implement routine maintenance schedules for machines, equipment, and general infrastructure.
  • Monitor workshop utilities including power, water supply, and tools availability to guarantee zero downtime.
  • Ensure prompt troubleshooting and quick resolution of equipment faults as they arise.
  • Manage professional relationships with maintenance vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all facilities.
  • Track, document, and report all maintenance activities, inventory levels, and operational costs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an HND or BSc degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 4 years of proven professional experience in facility management or maintenance roles.
  • Prior working experience within a fast-paced production or workshop environment is highly essential.
  • Strong competencies in team supervision, technical problem-solving, and operational planning.
  • Demonstrated ability in basic budgeting and resource allocation.
