Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities for the estate
- Manage both day and night shift operations ensuring seamless service delivery
- Monitor and maintain all estate infrastructure, utilities, and common facilities
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address facility issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety and health standards across the estate
- Prepare regular reports on facility status and maintenance activities
- Respond to resident concerns and facility emergencies efficiently
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
