We are recruiting a skilled Facility Officer to join our team at Lagos Island and support the smooth functioning of our restaurant facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, assess, and document minor and major facility issues including electrical, mechanical, and structural concerns
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to minimize operational downtime and equipment breakdowns
- Inspect materials and equipment prior to installation or use to ensure compliance with operational standards
- Perform repairs on electrical and electronic systems across all restaurant outlets
- Maintain detailed records of facility maintenance and repair activities
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in facility management or similar role
- Practical expertise in electrical systems, mechanical systems (HVAC), and plumbing
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of water treatment systems (advantageous)
- Understanding of relevant environmental and statutory regulations
- Must be based in Lagos Island
