In this vital role, you will ensure the optimal operation, safety, and efficiency of our clients' physical infrastructure and building systems, contributing directly to seamless business operations and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for facility equipment and critical systems.
- Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generator, and other essential building services to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct rigorous routine inspections across all facilities to proactively identify defects, wear-and-tear, or potential system failures.
- Respond promptly to technical breakdowns and operational emergencies, ensuring swift troubleshooting and timely resolution.
- Supervise third-party contractors and internal technicians, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
- Possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of hands-on, relevant experience in facilities management or engineering operations.
- Possess robust technical knowledge of building services, asset maintenance, and effective contractor management practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
