We are currently seeking a skilled, reliable, and safety-conscious Facility / Electrical Technician to join our team in Abuja and ensure the seamless operation of our office infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and promptly resolve electrical faults and system failures.
- Maintain and monitor power supply systems, including generators, inverters, and backup units.
- Execute proactive preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical infrastructure.
- Respond swiftly to electrical emergencies and power outages to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict safety standards and compliance protocols during all technical operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
- Collaborate with external contractors and service providers when specialized support is required.
- Provide general facility maintenance support to ensure a conducive workspace.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience in electrical installation, fault diagnosis, and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of building electrical systems and power distribution networks.
- Demonstrated experience working with generators, inverters, and alternative power systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and operational standards.
- Residency within Lugbe, Airport Road, Galadimawa, or immediate surrounding areas in Abuja.
