Branda is seeking a dynamic Building and Construction NYSC Corps Member to join our innovative team in Nigeria. You will assist in planning, executing, and managing various corporate infrastructure and branding projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Building and Construction professional undergoing your National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program at Branda, you will play a vital support role in our physical branding and workspace development initiatives.
- Assist project managers in overseeing construction, renovation, and branding site activities across Lagos.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely material delivery and execution.
- Prepare site reports, architectural sketches, and technical documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on all project sites.
- Support the planning and execution phases of physical brand integration for our corporate clients.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic graduate ready to kickstart their career in the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Currently serving your NYSC year or about to commence the program in Nigeria.
- Basic understanding of construction management principles and building materials.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office suite is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
