Operating across multiple countries with a dynamic global workforce, we are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the seamless operation of our commercial, residential, and retail spaces, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day facilities operations and routine maintenance schedules for assigned properties.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of repair and maintenance services.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
  • Respond promptly to tenant and client requests, resolving maintenance issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance logs, asset inventories, and service contracts.
  • Support the facility management team in implementing sustainability initiatives and building automation systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in facility management or property operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to high service standards.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and proficiency in using facility management software and MS Office.
