We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining pristine, safe, and welcoming environments for our prestigious clients by performing routine and specialized cleaning tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning of floors, surfaces, fixtures, glass, and furniture across assigned offices, public spaces, and corridors.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and washroom facilities to meet rigorous hygiene standards.
- Manage waste segregation and disposal procedures, ensuring bins and trolleys are emptied safely and regularly.
- Operate manual cleaning tools and light equipment, such as vacuums and floor-care machines, following strict cross-contamination protocols.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely in compliance with site safety procedures and product labels.
- Report maintenance defects, hazards, or equipment faults promptly to the supervisory team.
- Place appropriate caution signage during cleaning operations to guarantee visitor and staff safety.
- Minimum of basic primary or secondary education; relevant cleaning or hygiene certifications are a strong advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of commercial, hospitality, or institutional cleaning experience is preferred.
- Basic literacy skills to effectively follow schedules, chemical labels, and safety signage.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on operational demands.
