About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage stock levels, track materials, and ensure efficient inventory control across our production and retail units in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and properly document all incoming inventory including fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records using modern inventory management systems and manual logs.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment requests to prevent production delays.
- Issue materials to production staff based on approved requisitions and production schedules.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and comprehensive reconciliations.
- Investigate and report any discrepancies, damages, shortages, or losses promptly.
- Implement and maintain First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports and maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
- Ensure storage areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in inventory or store management, with fashion industry experience as an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized inventory management systems.
