About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage stock levels, track materials, and ensure efficient inventory control across our production and retail units in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and properly document all incoming inventory including fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate stock records using modern inventory management systems and manual logs.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment requests to prevent production delays.
  • Issue materials to production staff based on approved requisitions and production schedules.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and comprehensive reconciliations.
  • Investigate and report any discrepancies, damages, shortages, or losses promptly.
  • Implement and maintain First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports and maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
  • Ensure storage areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in inventory or store management, with fashion industry experience as an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized inventory management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
