About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility / Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos, ensuring our corporate office operates safely, efficiently, and seamlessly every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs for HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and office equipment.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers including security, cleaning, and IT hardware support.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain an accurate, up-to-date asset register.
  • Assist with fleet management operations, including maintenance schedules, vehicle documentation, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and ergonomic work environment in strict compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including onboarding logistics for new hires, mail handling, and meeting room coordination.
  • Process facility-related invoices and assist the finance team with operational expense tracking and budget reporting.
  • Supervise cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain high standards of hygiene and orderliness across all office areas.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in facilities management, corporate services, and office administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contractor relations, and general maintenance coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern digital workplace tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills suitable for coordinating with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Must currently reside in Lagos State, Nigeria.
