About the Role
M-P Infrastructure Limited is a leading infrastructure development and management company specializing in renewable energy, power, water, communication, and technology solutions across Africa. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility / Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos, ensuring our corporate office operates safely, efficiently, and seamlessly every day.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs for HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and office equipment.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers including security, cleaning, and IT hardware support.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain an accurate, up-to-date asset register.
- Assist with fleet management operations, including maintenance schedules, vehicle documentation, and safety compliance.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and ergonomic work environment in strict compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including onboarding logistics for new hires, mail handling, and meeting room coordination.
- Process facility-related invoices and assist the finance team with operational expense tracking and budget reporting.
- Supervise cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain high standards of hygiene and orderliness across all office areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in facilities management, corporate services, and office administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contractor relations, and general maintenance coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern digital workplace tools.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills suitable for coordinating with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Must currently reside in Lagos State, Nigeria.
