We are currently looking for a talented Facilities Architect to join our innovative team in Lagos, Nigeria, focusing on space and facilities documentation, as well as robot LIDAR path planning for modern automated workplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Survey and document existing built spaces to produce highly accurate as-built drawings specifically tailored for facilities management use.
- Create precise floor plans that map cleaning paths, specialized cleaning zones, and optimal space utilization for both manual staff and autonomous cleaning robots.
- Collaborate directly with the Facilities Management team to ensure all architectural documentation remains current as building layouts evolve.
- Utilize advanced 3D modeling and AI-assisted design tools to accelerate documentation workflows and enhance spatial visualization.
- Design, plan, and develop comprehensive architectural concepts, producing 2D and 3D plans alongside technical documents for client projects, tenders, and competitive bids.
- Support corporate growth by contributing to bid submissions, developing winning strategies, conducting spatial research, and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software with demonstrated comfort in 3D modeling platforms such as Revit, SketchUp, or similar industry tools.
- Working knowledge of emerging AI design and digital documentation technologies.
- Exceptional spatial logic and a deep understanding of human traffic flow, ergonomics, and maintenance crew navigation within commercial environments.
