Key Responsibilities- Monitor various sections of the cement production line from the Central Control Room to ensure high precision and quality standards.
- Coordinate with shift supervisors, engineers, and field operators to provide real-time guidance, troubleshooting, and operational direction.
- Log process data regularly, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare detailed shift reports.
- Control plant process lines to guarantee stable equipment operation, employee safety, and strict compliance with environmental regulations.
- Diagnose potential operating problems independently or in consultation with engineers to ensure minimal production downtime.
- Continuously review plant automation systems and recommend efficiency improvements based on industry best practices.
- Supervise casual personnel to maintain clean, jam-free conveyor belts and support overall plant productivity.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant working experience in a cement manufacturing plant or similar heavy industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of plant automation systems, troubleshooting methodologies, and industrial safety regulations.
