Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum and international standards.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate developmental records and communicating regularly with parents.
- Utilize digital learning tools and diverse instructional materials to enhance early childhood education.
- Collaborate with administrative and academic colleagues to support school-wide events, team goals, and character-building initiatives.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. with PGDE or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable school setting is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development, strong classroom management, and excellent interpersonal skills.
