Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction aligned with British and Nigerian curriculum standards
- Create and maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic excellence and character development
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and developmental stages
- Utilize ICT tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues on school improvement initiatives and community-building activities
- Lead team efforts to implement innovative teaching methodologies and best practices
- Contribute to a positive school culture that prioritizes safety, discipline, and moral values
- Proven professional experience teaching at EYFS, Primary, or Secondary level
- Strong track record in school improvement, team leadership, and community engagement
- Comprehensive knowledge of British and Nigerian curriculum frameworks
- In-depth understanding of child development and character education principles
- Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Demonstrated creativity in lesson planning and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
