About the Role
Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is currently recruiting an expert External Exams Assessor specializing in Marketing on behalf of our esteemed client. This critical role ensures that examination processes and academic standards are rigorously maintained, fair, and comparable to leading polytechnics across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate examination papers to ensure they meet the rigorous standard requirements of the presiding organization.
- Provide informative commentary and actionable recommendations on whether assessment processes measure student achievement fairly and in line with institutional policies.
- Assess whether academic standards and student achievements are reliable and comparable to other polytechnics nationwide.
- Submit comprehensive evidence of grading records annually to the relevant school within agreed timescales.
- Review and update conflict-of-interest declarations annually within the specified deadlines.
- Must possess a PhD degree, with at least a Master's Degree specifically in Marketing.
- A minimum of five (5) years of active lecturing experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Lagos, Nigeria.
