About the Role
Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced External Exams Assessor specializing in Business Administration. In this crucial role, you will uphold academic integrity and ensure that our assessment processes meet the highest national standards, offering expert evaluations that compare favorably with other tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and provide detailed recommendations on whether set examination papers meet the rigorous standards of the presiding organization.
- Assess whether grading and examination processes measure student achievement fairly and align with relevant institutional policies and regulations.
- Review and comment on whether student academic standards and achievements are reliable and comparable to those of students in other polytechnics nationwide.
- Submit comprehensive grading records evidence annually to the relevant School within agreed timescales.
- Review and update annual conflict-of-interest declarations within stipulated deadlines.
- Must hold a PhD degree, with a mandatory prerequisite Master's degree in Business Administration.
- A minimum of five (5) years of active lecturing experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Lagos, Nigeria.
